Excellent appetizer. It's so good, people will have to force themselves to stop eating it .
1 T. unflavored gelatin 3 T. cold water 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. dry sherry 3/4 green onions, minced 1 c. celery, minced dash tabasco garlic salt (optional) pimentos (optional) 3/4-1 lb. fresh crab meat

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Heat soup and add gelatin until well blended. Cool. Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dry sherry. Add cooled soup mixture and rest of ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 c. mold and refrigerate for 4 hours or more. Unmold onto platter and serve with vegetables, crackers, or baguette slices.
