A super-easy cookie recipe with little equipment to use.

1 cup butter (2 sticks) 4 Tablespoons powdered sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped Powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into crescent shapes or small round balls (1" in diameter) and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until barely browned. Cool slightly. Roll cookies in powdered sugar. As cookies cool to barely warm stage, roll second time in powdered sugar. Cool completely on wire racks.
