A simple, tasty way to serve broccoli.
2 bunches of broccoli flowerettes (about 1 1/2 lbs.) 7-8 bacon strips, fried (or microwaved) and crumbled 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Dressing:
2/3 cups mayonnaise 6 Tablespoons sugar* 3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Mix the sugar and vinegar together. Add the sugar/vinegar mixture to the mayonnaise a tablespoon at a time. Add the dressing to the other ingredients and mix well.
*A good diabetic dish if you use a sugar substitute.
