 A simple and quick dessert.
1 cup white sugar 3 T. all purpose flour 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries 3 cups diced rhubarb 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup butter (2 sticks) 1 cup rolled oats
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a 9 x 13 baking dish, mix white sugar, 3 T. flour, sliced strawberries, and diced rhubarb. Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, brown sugar, butter, and oats in a separate bowl until crumbly. Spread over fruit mixture. Bake 45 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
