Fresh dill is the key for this dressing. Don't substitute with dried dill.

3/4 c. sour cream 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. lemon or lime juice 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/3 c. fresh dill 1 T. sugar* black pepper, freshly cracked fresh parsley (optional) onion to taste (optional) garlic to taste (optional)
Blend all ingredients together. Chill before serving. Makes 2 cups.
*Use a sugar substitute for a good diabetic dressing.
